Admin Manager joins the team

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Jade Brown. With over 7 years of Administration and Customer Service experience, I have recently joined the team at Property Webmasters as an Administration Assistant. I have a passion for helping people and endeavour to go above and beyond for every customer, putting 100% into everything I do.

I was born in Hartlepool and grew up in Trimdon, County Durham. After leaving school I started to study A levels at Sixth Form whilst I decided which Career was for me. After spending some time volunteering alongside a local Community Engagement Officer in an Administration environment, I decided that this was the kind of job which I enjoyed and wanted to move forward with.

My journey so far

I began my Administration journey working as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Centre when I was 18 years old. Here, I gained experience working with customers and started to build my Administration knowledge.

Continuing my passion to exceed customer expectations, I then worked as a Travel Consultant for over 3 years. I faced different complicated challenges where I strived to make every customer happy. Moving on from a sales environment, I then worked as a Hotel Receptionist. This was a great opportunity to expand on my existing Administration knowledge, ensuring that all customer requests were met and exceeded where possible.

What will I bring to Property Webmasters?

I am looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to my role here at Property Webmasters. I am excited about the future here and the expansion of my role as it expands and evolves with the company.

I love to experience new things, in my spare time I like to travel to different places experiencing different cultures.
